Serious car accident in Southern America, leading to bad injuries of the chest

Professor at Hamburg conservatory and Deutscher Kritikerpreis, abandoning the orchestra

Cancelling the lectorship in Hamburg and returning to Berlin university

Solo flutist of Berlin Philharmonics again, because a successor was not found
