Studies at the Prague Academy (composition, harmonics), in parallel he visits lectures at the university (musicology, aesthetics and philosophy)

Ph.D of Charles University in musicology, aesthetics and philosophy

Concerto for Flute and Orchestra
1955
Acquaintance with Rampal, who premiered the flute concerto in the following year.
