Professorship for piano for a women´s class at the Paris conservatory (the first woman doing such a job throughout Europe)

Premiere of her first symphony (composed in 1841) at the Brussels conservatory by Joseph Fétis, a friend of the family
1849
Composition of the Nonett for string quartett and woodwind quintet
1852
Composition of the sextet for woodwind quintet and piano as the first work of this instrumentaiton at all
1859
Death of her only daughter Victorine makes her stop composing
1861
Prix Chartier for her chamber music
1865
Death of her husband

Retirement from the professorship
